Newly built and turnovered condo in Davao. Inside facilities are all clean so you can stay comfortably. The condo is lacated near Gmall and Tress St, so you can find a lot of restaurants and shops near here and the place is not so crowded so you can live with safe and silent. Just there are no mall so you need to have some own way to go somewhere.

But if the condo is already made, the developer price is high. If you buy the unit under the pre-seling, the price is still low though.

If you want to buy the unit at a cheap price, buying from unit owner is one of the choices. However of course, there are some problems as well. For example, you can’t choose your preferable floor and unit, the unit has some problems, the owner is cheating you and so on.
